Hellooo! Hope this place is not forgotten, but I managed to secure some wifi to type a proper post.
Europe has been great, lovely places but because it's hard to upload photos here, I'll do proper posts on the places that I have been to when I am back. :) This post is mainly an outlet for me to vent some thoughts, and if you don't wish to be bored by events that are unrelated to your life, you may click the cross icon and exit from this post. :)

I have always believed in fate. Fate can be a lovely or terrible thing. But to each and everyone of you whom I have met, whether acquaintances, friends or close friends, it is fate which allowed me to meet you. And fate brought me here to Europe for a reason.

This trip turned out to be one that I had not expected it to be, and while I was quite devastated, (devastated is actually quite an understatement), I am actually quite thankful that it happened. I am thankful because this incident has allowed me to finally untie the knot in my heart and quell the uneasiness which I had been feeling over the last couple of months. It was like a spark which ignited the flame. As one of my dear friends had put it, heaven was giving me a helping hand.

I am not one who is good with words, I take eons to write a 2,400 word essay. My grammar can be pretty horrible at times, and my prounciation, (if you know me really well) is actually pretty outrageous. (haha) But all I want to say is that for anyone who is grieving over something that had happened, believe that it had happened for a reason. As cliche as it sounds, when one door closes, another door opens. I have had encountered this door closing/opening thing (whatever it's called) numerous times, and until now I still hold on firmly to this belief.

This may sound like an emo post, oh yes some parts of it probably is, but I just want to tell anyone who's feeling sad/unhappy/heartbroken/depressed/at a loss to cheer up and think happy thoughts. I know that there have been numerous unhappy and depressing events happening around the world at this point in time, but hey you are alive and well, life is really too short to be upset all the time.  Cry your heart out, forget it and move on.

I end this post with a pretty good song that I have just discovered, and may you enjoy the song as much as I do. :)

The Singapore Memory Project (SMP) is a national initiative to collect, preserve and provide access to Singapore’s knowledge materials. By pledging your blog to SMP, you are affirming that every memory matters. Whether your posts are an account of your daily life, or an expression of your thoughts, the SMP hopes to find a home for your memories so that it can help build towards an understanding of Singapore. You will also receive a badge that you can display on your blog in recognition of your contributions.

Contributors to this blog pledging initiative will be listed on Singapore Memory portal’s blog pledging webpage. All blogs pledged to SMP will archived using NLB’s web harvesting software, in addition to images of each blog’s landing page.
